For over 20 years, Portland Blues Experience has created joyful, dance-centered experiences inspired by the energy of the Waterfront Blues Festival. From workshops and socials to boat cruises and legendary after-parties, we’ve brought dancers and music lovers together to celebrate blues heritage and build community.

In 2025, as the Waterfront Blues Festival presents a more consolidated version of its programming, PBEx is stepping forward — bringing our signature programming to Director Park for a full-day public celebration of music, dance, and connection.
