Be part of a vibrant, community-powered celebration of music, dance, culture, and creativity! The Portland Blues Experience (PBEx) features live bands, dance lessons, food, drinks, family-friendly activities — and YOU./

✅ Vendor Info & Registration

We’re inviting local artisans, food vendors, small businesses, and community organizations to join us for a full day in the park.

Vendor Fees – all funds go to pay the amazing bands:

Crafts & Goods Vendors:

  • 10% of sales, capped at $100
    or Flat Fee – $75

Food Vendors:

  • 10% of sales, capped at $250
    or Flat Fee – $200

🕗 Half-day spots may be available if a full-day booth doesn’t work for you.

**We are working with Fox Tower to get discounted parking for vendors.  The all day parking passes will be $4-10. As soon as we confirm we will let you know.  These need to be pre-reserved, so please let us know how many you need.

🧰 What’s Included:

  • A 10’x10′ vendor space
     (space size may vary based on location layout)
  • Listing on our website and social media
  • High foot traffic all day
  • Non-drinkable water access (via hoses)
  • On-site volunteer support team

⚡ Please Note:
 We do not provide electricity. If power is needed, please plan to bring a quiet generator.

⛺ You Provide:

  • Your canopy, tables, and full booth setup
  • Any power, lighting, or special equipment you may require

📅 Event Timeline

  • Event Timeline – Sunday, July 6
  • 8:00–10:30 AM – Vendor Load-In
    Staff will be available to open the street and direct you to your designated space.
  • 10:00 AM–12:00 PM – Set-Up & Optional Opening
    Feel free to begin selling any time during this window. Most vendors will be fully open by noon.
  • 11:00 AM – Event Kickoff
    First official band takes the stage. Live music and dancing continues all day!
  • 8:30 PM – Evening Wind-Down
    Final band begins. Vendors may start packing up at this time if desired.
  • 9:00–11:30 PM – Vendor Load-Out
    Staff will reopen the street and assist with load-out during this time.
